Terms of Service

1. The service

Callzuno provides an AI receptionist that answers calls on behalf of businesses, captures lead details and provides call records through a web dashboard.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the actions of team members you invite. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your content

You own the business information and documents you provide. You grant Callzuno permission to process them in order to operate the receptionist for your business.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes, or to give the receptionist information you have no right to share.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew until cancelled and include a monthly allowance of call minutes. Payments are processed by Paystack. When your allowance is used up, the receptionist stops taking new calls until the next period.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The receptionist is an AI system and may occasionally make mistakes.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
